No, they don't care who is coming and going. They are happily partnered couple and they don't really care even if you are a minister or a politician. They are just at the bar area, they will talk to you if you want them to chat with you. Or else you go inside and do whatever you feel like :) Its very discreet place. Its a shame that not many Cypriots go there because they are shit scared of that place. I am amazed you were not afraid to go to Dassoudi and do a beach thing ( I have never done that myself too) and wouldn't go and hang out in a closed perfectly discreet place in Thermos Spa. BTW, I am Indian, bottom living in Limassol.
